Dânica is leader in the production of thermo insulating systems. The company has been in the market for thirty seven years, it is very strong in Latin America, and every year, the company expands its presence throughout the world. Annually, more than 1,5 million square meters of panels and more than 10 thousand doors are produced and used in projects in various sectors. What proves the structure and coordination capacity is the number of projects in which it participated simultaneously in 2006, from Venezuela to the South of Chile, and also in countless Brazilian states, there were more than 150 projects and assemblies of different sizes carried out by the company.
NORAC is a Norwegian company that has a lot of experience in the marine market manufacturing systems for naval interiors and offshore installations that adhere to the most modern safety and comfort requirements.
Leader in the field of advanced solutions for the reduction of noise, by up to 54 dB, their products which include doors, roofs, bulkheads, bathrooms and naval furniture adhere to the requirements for fire classes, from B-0 to H-120.
For the pride of NORAC, of all of the ships that are produced in the world today, a large part counts on products that are developed or manufactured by the company.
Today NORAC is one of the main suppliers for the marine market, and it has joined forces with the Danish company Dânica, leader in the thermo-insulating systems for cold storage chambers, construction and clean rooms. This union seeks to achieve an even greater quality in the product line and to guarantee efficient logistics throughout the whole of Latin America, a region that offers so much growth in the development of the naval as well as the offshore sector. |

Dânica-NORAC has as its objective to support the whole Latin American naval market, from Mexico to the south of Chile, including Central America and the Caribbean. Dânica-NORAC has a team of highly qualified engineers responsible for the care in the integration of the manufactured products, which assures a complete and qualified supply.
At the manufacturing plant already installed in Brazil, at Joinville, Santa Catarina, the following products are produced:
•Panels for the lining of bulkheads K-600, Q-600/CF600 and C-600/CS-600;
• Profiles for the junction of walls, roofs and floors;
•Ceilings B-500/52 and B-600/40;
•Floating Floors F-300;
As well as this there is a project being elaborated for the production of doors, windows, modular bathrooms and the whole lining type for bulkheads and ceilings, always using tested products and approved by all of the classificatory societies.
The offices for the development of projects and for the technical and commercial service for naval and offshore areas are already operational in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.
